  He took his Hummer today and Micah declined the front seat understanding that Jessiah needed all the leg room he could get. He had nothing but long, massive legs, and hers were... not so much. The ride took about thirty-five minutes to reach the suburbs. The house was large and had a pool in the backyard. Oddly enough, while it was fall, they were having an out-of-the-norm warm day. Warm enough that she had put on a tank top and a pair of mid-thigh shorts. She was never one to wear nothing but her skin, but especially meeting family, she didn’t want to seem like a hussy.

  When they pulled up to the curb, a tall brunette, ready to pop came out of the home with her arms opened wide. She kissed Shane as he greeted her, and if it wasn’t for the fact that Micah could scent the shared DNA between her and Jessiah, she might have growled. Jessiah was next and he gave her a long hug and asked how she was feeling. Then as they were introducing Micah, her arms went around her neck and Micah froze.

  She never had siblings, and the only people she’d ever hugged were the ones she knew and cared about. This was new to her. Eventually her hands made contact with the female’s shoulders, and she pat her arms.

  Jessiah’s sister pulled back. “I’m Jessica, Jess’ sister. I know weird right? Mom had a sense of humor, loved the fact that she could name both her kids Jess. If she were still alive, I bet she’d have fun calling out to both of us and letting us figure out which one she was calling. It’s soo great to meet you. Jessiah called and told me they tracked you down almost a week ago. I cannot tell you how happy I am that they found you,” Jessica said.

  “A breath, Jess, take a breath,” Jessiah said in a laugh.

  “It’s funny,” Shane said. “Sybil raised her, but she talks just like our mom does. Fast and furious,” Micah noted how cute it was that whenever they spoke of their mom it was always CeCe they were referring to.

  Jessica laughed and hit Shane playfully then looked at Micah again. Jessica stepped back and appraised Micah. Micah twirled and both Jess’ laughed.

  “Just wanted to make sure you got all my views before passing judgment,” she said playfully.

  “No judgment, but what I wouldn’t give for your ass,” she said. And Micah shook her head. “Me? I have what Jess calls an ‘innie’,” she air quoted.

  Micah looked at Jessiah and laughed. “Well, I’d gladly give up some of it, but I will admit, my ass doesn’t get numb when sitting for hours.”

  Jessiah growled. “There will be no sharing,” he crossed his arms and Micah laughed.

  “Relax big boy,” Jessica said. “I don’t have a body like hers to pull it off.” She turned to Micah. “Come in. I want to introduce you to my Mate.”

  Micah felt awkward at Jessica’s body comment but left it alone. Her body image was her own and something she knew she’d have to work on at some point. When they got inside, Jessiah and Shane were bombarded by a three-year-old female pup with dark hair and Jessiah’s emerald eyes.

  “Uncle Dess,” she cried out throwing herself at him. Reaching only his shins. He lifted her up and she soared into the air squealing in delight. Shane caught her, and she said, “Uncle Sane!”

  “That’s debatable,” Micah murmured with a wide grin on her face.

  While they greeted their niece a male around thirteen came out, he was tall for his age and had Jessiah’s sapphire eyes. He stopped short when he saw Micah. Shane noticed and said in a low voice, “I think Brendon has his first crush.” Micah punched him and he stumbled back saying, “Ow.”

  “You deserved it. Now behave,” she said giving him a stern eye. She went to Brendon and introduced herself. She remembered how it was to be at that awkward stage--it wasn’t pleasant. After he greeted his uncles another female came down from upstairs. She was a little shorter than Jessica, her hair was brown and her eyes hazel.

  “You must be Micah,” she said offering her hand to Micah. “Jessica hasn’t shut up about you since you came into my brother-in-laws life. She’s so happy they finally found you. I’m Debra, by the way.”

  “Hi Debra, yes I’m Micah. Jessica looks as if she’s due in about thirteen days,” Micah said.

  Debra furrowed her eyebrows. “So precise with the timing, and correct too. Are you an obstetrician?”

  “I have a degree in obstetrics but I don’t practice on a regular basis,” Micah replied.

  “Hear that, Jess? We could’ve just met with your bro’s Mate,” Debra called to her Mate.

  Micah heard Jessica chuckle then she came downstairs and stood by Debra. “If only we’d known that at the beginning of this,” she stopped. “Oohh feel this,” she grabbed Micah’s hand and placed it underneath her low bulge, “feel that?”

  Micah had felt the kicks of babies before during her residency, but this was different... too different. Whoa! Powerful. But she wasn’t talking about a shifter. No this baby was an elemental witch. A fire witch. She said nothing, wondering if they were aware of this. “Strong little tyke,” was her reply.

  “Right?!” Jessica said. “Ok we gotta go, sorry for the short notice but our sitter bailed and well Jess hasn’t seen his niece and nephew for two weeks now. We’ll call when we’re on our way home.”

  With that Jessica and Debra left.

  What was that about? Jessiah asked Micah.

  The baby. Is a witch.

  What? Shane asked. Are you sure?

  Positive, an elemental witch... fire. She’ll be here in about ten days. Red hair and emerald eyes. Not a shifter, no shifter in her at all.

  Jessiah wasn’t sure what to do with that information. His sister had always gone to a shifter clinic and used shifter sperm, the same for all her children. This threw him for a loop.

  “Can I play with your hair?” the little one asked Micah. “You’re pretty.”

  “Thank you,” Micah said, reaching for her braid and unbraiding it. “Where’s your comb...” She looked to Jessiah for her name.

  “Sybil,” he said.

  “Go ahead and grab a comb or brush, Sybil and you can play with my hair,” Micah said to her.

  Sybil ran upstairs giggling, returning a few minutes later with a comb, brush, clips, bows, barrettes... you name it she had it in her little chubby arms. “Follow me,” she said.

  Micah followed orders and came to the entertainment room where Brendon was playing on a Sony. Micah sat down on the floor and Sybil took a place behind her on a well-used couch. Then Micah’s head began being turned here and there as Sybil decorated her like a Barbie. A couple hours later, Micah thanked her healing abilities that surpassed a regular shifters abilities being that theirs took time, but unless Micah chose to inhibit them, hers were instantaneously. Every now and then her Mates patted her arm or ran a finger down her neck until Sibyl complained, “Uncle Dess,” or, “Uncle Sane.”

  When Jessica and Debra returned after they laughed at Micah’s new do, they were invited to stay for a barbecue and relax by the pool. There was beer, liquor, and food in abundance. Jessiah took over the barbecuing so his sister and Mate could relax. They wore bikinis, even Jessica and offered her one.

  Micah held it up, the bra was a C cup on a good day. Micah was a doubleD on a bad day. “I don’t think this will fit. If I put this on, I’ll look obscene,” she said under her breath.

  “Um, delicious,” Shane said, “put it on.”

  “That or just take your tank and shorts off,” Jessiah was no help.

  “Wear Jessica’s bikini,” Debra said.

  It wasn’t lost on Micah that she was in a same sex relationship, but Shane and Jessiah said, “Tie breaker,” meaning wearing Jessica’s bikini it was.

  “Ookay, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.” Micah went to the downstairs bathroom and changed into the red bikini. As she expected the top just covered her nipples, her large globs were on full display. The shorts were thankfully not a thong, but still ended up in her ass crack, and might as well have been. She took a deep breath and stepped out of the bathroom. Unfortunately the first one to greet her was Brendo
n who after being stuck to his spot for a good thirty seconds, jetted downstairs. Micah groaned and stepped outside.

  Before taking another step Micah was surrounded by Jessiah and Shane. Large, calloused hands roamed over her body, making her shiver.

  “Centerfold sexy,” Shane said. Jessiah could only manage a grunt in agreement. Micah felt both their erections pressed in her front and her back. Her hands began roaming over their bodies. They had clothes left here so they were in their suits. Micah decided she’d need to make sure that she had some brought here as well... If they Claimed her.

  “Not if, when,” Jessiah said.

  “Stop hogging the goods,” Jessica called.

  To Micah’s surprise both her Mates actually growled at the comment.

  “Come on,” Debra said, “We’re only looking.”

  Two more growls.

  “The steaks are burning,” Jessica said with amusement in her voice.

  That got Jessiah reluctantly moving back to the grill, after he bit his Claiming Mark as if to make sure it stuck. Shane on the other hand was on her heels and growling loud when the Mated pair released their own growls at the sight of her. Micah felt uncomfortable but went into agent mode and played her role, meaning she acted confident, or as much as she could.

  “I think I just traumatized Brendon,” she said as Shane took a lounger and pulled her into his lap.

  “Don’t you mean gave him his first wet dream?” Jessica asked.

  Micah groaned and turned her face into Shane’s chest trying to hide her embarrassment.

  “How cute,” Debra said. “She doesn’t even know how hot she is.”

  Shane and Jessiah growled and both Jessica’s and Debra’s hands went in the air, waving the white flag.

  Shane plied her with drinks and encouraged her to allow the liquor to affect her body. She laughed and said, “Why bother? I’m a sure thing for you and Jessiah at this point.”

  His hand grabbed a breast but they were bigger than even Jessiah’s palms and he kissed her neck, pinching her taut nipple.

  “I need to cool down,” she said.

  “I’ll go in with you,” Shane replied. He lifted her and carried her to the deep end of the pool, then he asked her if she was ready, and jumped in with her in his arms. Jessiah joined them shortly after. They took turns holding her, nuzzling her, kissing her.

  When Jessiah went back to cooking--even though he’d been cooking for hours--the pups came out and their uncles played with them while Micah laid back on the lounger enjoying the sight.

  They wrestled with Brendon, allowed Sybil to comb their hairs, played with her in the pool. Showed her how to swim, spoke to Brendon about everything and anything. And before she knew it she was picturing herself with a growing belly, their seeds blossoming within her. Picturing them raising the cubs and the pups, imagining the small bundles in their arms. She saw toddlers running around their long legs, saw her Mates playing sports with a group of boys and girls. Saw teenagers and her Mates teaching them how to drive. It seemed surreal, thinking of a future where she was actually... happy and in love. A tear ran down her cheek unbidden without her realizing it until Jessiah lifted it off her with his finger.

  “It doesn’t have to remain in your mind,” he said sitting next to her at the side of the pool. Her eyes focused on his beautiful blue and green eyes and she threw herself at him, her arms tightening around his massive neck. When his arms wrapped around her, her tears fell freely onto his warm skin, and his words penetrated her mind. Shane came and sat on her other side, his hand massaging her back.

  “I want to Bond with you two.”

  Micah’s words hit him and Shane like a ton of bricks.

  Chapter 16

  Micah took a deep breath in and then let it out slowly. She gave herself one last look in the full length mirror before walking downstairs and heading to the exit. Alicia was in tow with a huge grin on her face.

  The sun had set and it was time.

  Time to perform the Bonding ceremony with Jessiah and Shane.

  Micah blew out a ‘phew’ and got in the car telling herself ‘she could do this’ much like the little engine that could. Yes she had only accepted their Claim just over twenty-four hours ago. Sure it was a rush job inviting family and friends--well for Micah, friend--to the ritual site. And of course she was nervous about tonight. But it wasn’t because she was going out on the tiniest, thinnest limb ever grown with another Mating. No she was ready for this. She wanted both Shane and Jessiah to be hers. The concern?

  “You’ll be fine. There’s nothing to it,” Alicia said as she shifted gears.

  “Ali, I love you. You are my sister. But those words mean absolutely nothing to me. You’ve done this what, ten times?”

  “A little more than that. I’ll be meeting Trey’s mom in two weeks in fact,” Alicia responded with glee in her voice.

  “So you’re a professional. Me I’m not even an amateur. Possibly an apprentice. Not really sure as this is MY FIRST TIME MEETING ANYONES MOTHER!!!”

  “Relax, she’ll love you. Besides who cares what she thinks? Your Mates love you,” Alicia stated as fact..

  Micah froze, her eyes as large as saucers.

  Breathe beautiful, Jessiah said through the Mate-link.

  Were there drums playing? Oh no, that was just hear heart.

  “Love?” Micah’s voice wasn’t more than a croak.

  “Yup. Like a lot too. Deeply,” Alicia smiled.

  Micah felt her blood rushing through her ears and it suddenly seemed as if she couldn’t take in enough oxygen. She’d question how Ali knew that but it would be pointless. She was an Omega for Christ’s sake, and if there was an Alpha Omega, it would be Ali. She was good. Beyond that in fact. She had talents of her own that she’d yet to discover. So when Alicia told Micah that Shane and Jessiah loved her, there was no questioning it. It just was.

  The ride seemed to go a lot faster than Micah expected and soon she found herself stepping out of Ali’s Jetta, and walking to the land she had purchased about eight months ago. The land she had started building her new dream house on. The land that she, Jessiah, and Shane would complete the ritual on.

  Three becoming one.

  There was a small group waiting in the vast backyard. Anticipation was in the air. Alicia walked over to Micah and gave her a once over.

  “You look fantastic! I’m so excited for you.” She hugged Micah and went to join the group.

  Micah took a deep breath, reached behind her and confirmed her dress was down covering her ass--long story--and then began walking down the aisle. Toward her males, her Mates... her Fate.

  There they were. Waiting in tuxes for her just opposite Daddy Warbucks. Watching her as she walked toward them; their eyes taking in each movement and every emotion that flitted over her face.

  Two low growls filled the quiet night.

  The new moon was exactly where it should be to bless the union of a triad. As Micah got closer her nipples began to pebble and her slit began to weep. There was no way that would go unnoticed. Even with all Shane’s and Jessiah’s protests, Micah had to select a gown that showed off who she was... all of her. It was a sheer light blue dress that accentuated her eyes and looked good with the color of her hair as well. But it was an offering not only to Fate, but to the gods as well. A display that she was giving herself to them to use her as they will. In turn, they would bless their union. Bless the triad which was a sacred alliance, one rarely seen in the shifter world.

  Micah made sure to keep her eyes focused on her future, her Mates. It wasn’t a difficult task since both her beasts were riding her to move faster to complete the Mating, but also, looking at both of them was like looking into her own heart. It was warm and loving, secure, like a good home.

  Finally she made it to them. Stood in between Jessiah and Shane.

  Jessiah lifted a free flowing curl of Micah’s hair and smiled as he brought it to his nose and inhaled. Then he and Shane leaned in and inhaled
her scent as they nuzzled into her neck.

  Daddy Warbucks began the ritual rites in Latin which was more of a request of the Fates and gods and goddess’ to bless them. Make them strong, guide them, and bring them to their full potential. Once the words were said Shane looked at Micah and tossed her over his shoulder in a fireman's hold then ran into surrounding trees with Jessiah at his side.

  Once he found an area that satisfied him, he gave her to Jess who placed her slowly onto the ground. Shane kissed her, then Jessiah followed suit. After which it was time for Micah to undress them. She took Shane’s clothing off, trying to steady her shaky hands. She was nervous but it was anticipation, not fear that drove her. Once he was naked and in all his glory, she turned to Jessiah and performed the same process.

  She could sense the crowd around them, many feet away, but there witnessing none-the-less. It was required for a triad ritual.

  Micah felt a hand on her ankle and looked down to see it was Shane keeling before her with reverence in his deep chocolate eyes. She smiled at him nervously and he kissed her ankle in response then slipped off her shoe, repeating the process on her other foot. Jessiah positioned himself at her back and she felt his long fingers floating over her, unclasping her dress then pulling the zipper down. Shane was before her and he ran a hand over her right shoulder as he slid her strap over her shoulder and off her arm, Jessiah doing the same to her left side.

  Now they were all three completely naked underneath the new moon.

  A new beginning.

  Jessiah lowered his lips onto the crook of her neck over his Claiming Mark, Shane did the same. Both lips opened and their tongues snaked out and tasted her skin. And suddenly there was no one in the world but Micah, Shane, and Jessiah. Her head lulled back onto her shoulders, one of her arms reached for Shane’s abs, the other for Jessiah’s thigh. Then all bets were off.
